Revive Glassworks is looking to hire a warehouse worker. No previous experience is required but we are looking for hard-working, dedicated employees that will want to learn about repurposing recycled materials into new products. Employee must be able to follow instructions correctly and work fast and productive. This position could lead to a management position if employee shows good work ethic. Job duties include: -sorting glass bottles by size and color -removing labels off bottles and washing them -loading and unloading storage crates * Pay starts at $12-$17 per hour Worker gets paid per bottle cleaned ($.17 cents per bottle) so the pay is anywhere from $13-$17 per hour, depending on how productive the employee is. * 20 hours per week maximum (4 hour shifts or longer if employee wants) * The days of work can be determined and scheduled to fit the employees schedule (Monday to Friday). About us: Revive Glassworks is an innovative company that recycles wine bottles that would otherwise be destined for the landfill. We transform them into new beautiful glassware by using a specialized process of machinery that produces large quantities of recycled glassware that we will supply to the Hotel & Restaurant industry, as well as individual customers. Revive glassware is sourced from discarded and littered wine bottles destined for landfills or that would be sent overseas for recycling. Instead, we produce a variety of products through an intricate process that involves cutting of the bottle, sanding it down, flame torching the rims for a smooth finish and then finally annealed in an oven to make the glassware strong, smooth, and dishwasher safe. In addition to the environmental benefits, Revive can also customize glassware with a laser silk screen engraving process and put your company’s logo on each glass for that personal touch. We produce other products from repurposed wine bottles as well, such as scented candles, self-watering planters, drinking glasses, whiskey glasses and storage containers. Our glassware is extremely durable and the design gives a distinctive look that will intrigue your customers and initiate great conversations about recycling, and the environment.
