Wondering if there's any GOOD cocktail bars in the area. With bartenders that know how to make a wide range of classic and modern cocktails. It seems many places are not well equipped or have knowledgeable staff to make some of the classics like a Negroni, Sazerac, Sidecar or an Aviation. Maybe covid killed the businesses or maybe I'm just going to all the wrong places, but it seems if it's not an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Margarita or a Vodka Martini, folks either can't make it, or don't have the knowledge to make it. Does anyone have recommendations for a cocktail bar?
