Beginners surf class taught by female instructors for female and non-binary surfers. Join fellow surfers at this beginners class put on by Maine Women Surf. We're all about connecting women who surf and supporting women in the surf scene. We'll have four local female instructors, who also do private and group classes if you need more. Come learn some things, connect with other beginner surfers and enjoy the waves! Suggested donation: $30-$50. Boards and wetsuits not provided - but you can rent from Blackpoint Surfshop. Things to know:- Meet at Blackpoint Surfshop 5:30pm. - We will be carpooling from there. - Please wear a mask when carpooling. - This is an event organized by Maine Women Surf, Blackpoint Surf Shop is just facilitating the use of their parking lot, if you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]. - If you have a pass for Scarborough beach feel free to meet us there around 5:45pm
