Painter shows up but walks off because he wanted to change the pay

Matt posts job as a painter. Says he has a company but he Does not. He was told that pay was twelve an hour then says he has to have 18.00 an hour. I said I could give 14.00. He says ok then I come back and he says I have to have 18.00 to 20.00. He then agrees to do job for 14.00. I leave then he leaves. Then they want daily money before job is finished. Dont get caught with him. You can show pictures but buyer beware.
