Now hiring experienced handyman/sub-contractors to join our team of national property preservation and mortgage field service vendor network. Must have skills and knowledge of: Handyman or basic repair Drywall repairs Basic Plumbing Initial secures, Initial Sales Clean and Cleaning Refreshes Property Inspection and Condition Bids Interior/exterior painting Trash-outs Winterizations and De-winterizations Roof inspections, damage reporting and repair Mold Treatment External Property Inspection and Maintenance: Lawn care, Tree trimming and or removal Requirements: MUST have own tools AND Transportation. Must be professional, reliable, and presentable. Immediate work is available. Must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. All work is verified for completion. We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Payment terms: Compensation will occur after Internal Quality Control Inspector verifies work completion, then Net 30 (industry standard) will apply.
