Hello! I am a personal assistant and need occasional help week to week. Can average between 5-10 hours a week. Hours will vary. I have a short term rental management business where I manage AirBnBs for hosts. Duties Include: -overseeing cleaners work. -small repairs (fixing toilets, clogs, changing bulbs, batteries, wifi trouble shooting) -errand runs (supplies) -odd jobs I also am helping with an apartment renovation in Brooklyn Heights. Duties Include: -painting -organizing -being extra pair of hands -lifting. I also help several business people that have personal errands that need to be done. Duties Include: -running errands. Ideal candidates: -can do attitude -quick and articulate communication -not afraid to get hands dirty. -courteous, polite, well spoken. -can ride a bike to get around town quickly -jack of all trade types -discreet and trustworthy.
