Gather pics of "Retail For Lease Signs" all over the city

Hey all, I am looking to pay up to 25 cents per pic that you snap of a retail for lease sign in NYC. Must have contact information legible. This is something that you can do during your normal walks and commutes and just accumulate photos over time. Please send the pics straight from the camera so the location and metadata is intact. However if you are able to broadly group them by borough or neighborhood that would be greatly appreciated and I am happy to compensate at a higher rate depending on the level of organization (30-35 cents per photo.) To establish initial trust / working relationship you can send me a screenshot of a phone gallery to show that the pics exist (however info probably not legible) and then I can send the $, and then provide a Google Drive folder for you to upload all of the pics.
