Attendees will learn how combining Dry Needling and Thai Massage can help get those knots out and keep them out! This workshop will begin with a short introduction and description of what Dry Needling and Thai massage are and how they can help reduce tension in the neck and shoulders while adding more flexibility and movement! A short demo will be given after the presentation followed by each guest experiencing an example of both or one of the treatments we discussed.
