Part Time Porter/Handyman - Afternoons - Must live close to Kew Gardens, NY. Luxury 48 unit rental hi-rise. Sunday afternoon through Friday - 2 hrs. Sunday afternoon 4pm to 6pm, 4 hrs. a day Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 6pm. Garbage, recycling, cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, some snow shoveling, some grounds cleaning, painting, and other work as needed. Must be good with people, and hardworking. Must be handy. Must be available during every snow fall and for emergencies. Please send resume and references. $21 per hour.
