We'll see you under the harvest moon for this multi-course paired dinner with our distiller. Enjoy a special four course dinner to say goodbye to summer in our outdoor gardens, with featured unique cocktail pairings. Our head distiller will discuss the creation of our unique spirits as she walks you through a tasting of them individually. This month's featured spirits are Barrel Aged Rum, Colorado Bourbon Whiskey, and Pumpkin Spice Liqueur. This month's menu: Romesco Canele with Marcona Almonds, Micro Greens and Spent Grain CrackersField Green Salad with Roasted Acorn Squash, Herbed Farro Medley and ParmesanApple Braised Crispy Pork Belly with Greens and Smoked Apple JusIronton Fresh Plum Custard Crumble Your ticket includes 4 tasters, 4 full sized cocktails, and 4 paired plates plus live music. Advanced tickets are required and space is limited. Our space is an easy drop off and pick up location for any ride share. Please be responsible and consider taking a ride share to the event.
