The Cutting Department Group Leader is responsible for the performance of the cutting department operators who perform the sheet cutting, die cutting, lead wire cutting, etc. used to manufacture our heating elements. This film sheets are processed through automated and semi-automated cutting machines, along with hand cutting of materials on guillotines. Automated and semiautomated lead wire cutting equipment is also used by the cutting department. The right candidate is a problem solver who works well in a team environment and can instruct the Cutting Department Operators. The Group Leader is responsible for job planning, machine set-up, machine performance, operator and equipment safety, and part quality. The ability to speak English and Spanish is necessary.
