Full Job Description We are currently looking to fill positions for the 2021-2022 snow season and would love to have you on our team! Workers who excel in this position will have the opportunity to transition to full time landscape work in the spring. Snow removal, including shoveling, operating a snow blower, sanding and possible snowplowing if needed. This is a Snow Removal /ON CALL position during the winter season (December – March) • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to work outside in various winter weather conditions both during and after snow events • Ability to work long hours during and after a snow event • Ability to work various times during a day, depending on the snow event • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get from site to site. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $20.00-30.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our employees and residents safe from the COVID-19 virus we are practicing social distancing, wearing masks and properly sanitizing our property. Experience: • general labor: 1 year (Preferred) • Snow Plowing: 2 years (Preferred) License: • Driver's License (Required) Must be available 24/7 during the winter months and able to arrive on site within 1 hour of notification. Individuals must be flexible with their schedule, as they will work on an on-call basis with an irregular schedule. GREAT side-hustle job to earn extra money or for students home on winter break!
