We are a local junk removal company looking for qualified candidates that want to join our team as Crew Leaders. This is a great opportunity to work in a supervisory role, operating your own company vehicle and overseeing your own route. You will be driving a NON-CDL dump truck, managing a small crew, and completing the daily junk removal jobs. Overtime is available, and plenty of opportunity for growth for the right candidates! 7am start time 40-50 hour work weeks Monday-Friday required (with some Saturday availability as needed) Requirements: Valid, Clean Drivers License DOT Medical Card (Must obtain upon completion of training) Ability to operate a dump truck (we will train the right individuals!) Able to work Monday-Friday (with some Saturday availability as needed) Able to consistently lift 50-75lbs Have a smart phone with ability to operate our company app 1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred, but not required) Excellent communication skills Customer Service experience Benefits: COMPANY VEHICLE THAT YOU TAKE HOME!
