Full time position available at Cherry Hill, NJ condominium association with 375 units. You need to be able to work outside year-round. Handyperson experience would be helpful in this position but willing to train. Must be able to use basic hand tools. Must be able to do small painting jobs, minor exterior repairs, and other duties such as changing exterior light bulbs and emptying trash cans. Must be able to climb a ladder. Light roof work. Job responsibilities grow as you do. There are career possibilities in this position. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license is mandatory. Medical and dental insurance along with a 401K. Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Monday-Friday. No overtime or weekends
