We are looking for motivated individuals to help with the installation of traffic counting equipment. This is a dynamic position that involves day travel and new challenges at every jobsite. You will learn how to use industry standard equipment while working primarily outdoors. Being able to tolerate all weather conditions is a must. Main duties include, but are not limited to, the installation of video monitoring cameras at intersections, ATR road tubes, and traffic counting radar units. Must be able to do manual work and at times lift heavy equipment. Our company is based out of Cherry Hill, NJ, but does work all over NJ, PA, NY, and DE. You must be able to, at times, drive long distances and have a valid drivers license, with a clean record. Applicants need to be able to learn and maintain safety standards well. We set equipment on all types of roadways from small residential streets to major highways. Awareness and attention to safety and detail is a priority as some equipment is set on active roadways. There are some other tasks and inhouse labor that may be required. Opportunities for advancement are good as we are still a relatively young and fast growing company. This is a part to semi full time position. People with flexible hours are preferred. Work hours are variable throughout the year. In the "busy" seasons (which is similar to a school calendar) workload could include working 30+ hours/week; in the "slow" season work hours could range 10-20 hours/week.
