Pre-launch catering company seeks an experienced and creative freelance chef to assist us with menu planning & recipe testing in advance of launching our business to the public. You must be experienced with off-premises NYC event catering, especially stylish canapés, current trends, plating and food styling. Attention to detail and food safety/quality is a must! This is a 2-3 day project, approximately 5-7 hours per day. This project can absolutely lead to additional, freelance chef gigs— let’s work as a team so we can both be successful.
