Holistic Hermit is growing and we’re ready to expand our team. Presently, HH is a woman-owned wellness practice in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We’re a small team with an assistant and two Team Leaders. We are seeking out a sales and marketing professional to boost sales and promote a Group package we are offering for 2022. www.holistichermit.com Perks: Set your own hours & schedule Earn a 100% commissioned based salary with uncapped potential. Work part time, full time, or a few minutes per day. The choice is yours. Work from home or anywhere in the world, always Meet once a week to discuss goals & projects. (45 min. commitment per week.) No micromanagement here (That’s partly why I became an entrepreneur.) Discounted tuition towards accredited health coaching certification (IIN.) Uncapped commission, uncapped earning potential. If you learn the market, you can earn a six-figure income changing lives. Room for growth: pending sales and performance, you’ll be trained to manage 2-3 groups per week and earn more as a Team Leader. Free enrollment in the Mind-Body Reset group package, so you can learn the program first-hand, in it's entirety ($250 value.) We’d like to onboard two more team members who can work from home and drive sales forward through outreach and marketing initiatives. We offer an uncapped commission-based salary and you take home 10% of all sales booked through your outreach efforts. Commission is increased to 20% of all sales, once you're promoted to Team Leader. To be clear, this is 100% commission based. There is no hourly rate or set weekly salary. You determine how much you make by the sales you generate, and are paid a percentage of the sale accordingly. This is a great opportunity to start a side-hustle and learn about the health & wellness industry while you onboard new clients and expand our online presence. If you're currently out of work, you can make this a full time experience and earn uncapped commissions as you grow. At HH, we have a 12-week program with different price-points and packages. Attached is an outline of our 2021 offerings. Our main goal for 2022, is to promote our GROUP package to build a larger community. If a client enrolls during a promo or holiday sale, you’ll receive 10% of the promo price. All sales are funneled through the website, so keeping track of leads is seamless. A PDF invoice is automatically emailed when a client books a package or service through you. If you’re social media savvy, it’ll be easy to sign people up for free consultations. ALL discovery calls (consultations,) are free to the potential client. As a bonus, you are paid $50.00 per every 10 completed discovery calls. (Outreach, outreach, outreach!) Once you learn the ins and outs of the program, you can start doing discovery calls yourself. Must haves: Be a go-getter! Social media savvy Interested in transforming lives Interested in the Health & Wellness industry Access to WiFi and a computer or cell phone Interest in getting certified as a health coach (not required, but nice to have.) Serious about sales and earning uncapped income. Since you're in charge of your own hours, you can promote sales via social media passively on your own schedule and refer potential clients to our website to book services. I can provide you with a promo code to be used at checkout, so sales can be tracked accordingly. If a client fails to use your referral code, no worries! you can easily send me a screenshot of your communication or outreach efforts with the client, and you will be paid for the lead. Room for growth: You can be trained to run the program and manage 2-3 Zoom calls per week (45 min. group sessions.) After promotion to Team Leader, you would be responsible for the teams you manage. At that point, you can build your own teams, book your own clients, and commission would increase to 30% of all sales generated. Responsibilities include: Answering client emails, providing technical support, etc. Booking discovery calls with potential clients. You would learn all about the 12-week program and gain access to all resources for you and your family. If you're interested in becoming a certified health coach, this is an excellent opportunity to get some hands-on training from the ground up. You'll learn how to create and manage wellness programs, find and retain paying clients, establish your presence in the wellness industry, and learn the ins and outs of operating a business from home.
