Looking for a maintenance person for a full time position in Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale area from 10am to 6 pm, plus 1 week emergency on call a month, to handle daily work orders for repair of basic plumbing, electric, drywall, tile, etc. Company offer competitive hourly salary, 401K, insurance, paid vacation, sick and personal time.
