Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking handyperson to keep our premises intact. A handyman is to perform interior and exterior routine maintenance tasks and other minor jobs at our facilities. Responsibilities: • Conduct basic tasks, including painting and filling cracks, clean facilities, and handling maintenance repairs. • Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or tools. • Identify and report the need for significant maintenance repairs. • Regularly inspect community locations to identify problems with mechanical failure or malfunctions. • Respond to patrons' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. • Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. • Supervise the exterior design and trash containers on the company premises. • If the problem is distinguished, perform troubleshooting of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. • Provide patrons with assistance and direction on maintaining their equipment. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. • Proven experience as a handyman. • Solid experience with plumbing and power systems. • Ability to work with hardware tools and electrical equipment. • Well-organized and good communication skills. • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. • Attention to detail. Physical Demands: • Lifting and bending • Stretching and sustaining equipment • Transferring furniture up and downstairs Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm
