Description

Take a stroll on our beautiful AU campus with SIS Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, Dr. Rosemary Shinko! Sanpo (散歩) is a Japanese word that means a stroll or a walk. Join Dean Shinko in a casual wander on the AU campus, to visit some of her favorite places, share a conversation, and connect with other Sakura Scholars as well. For health and safety reasons, we are limiting the size of each Sakura Sanpo to 12 students, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, but with the number of outings everyone who wants to participate should be able to do so. Remember that all students will be required to follow AU's COVID-19 health and safety rules while in a group together. Participants will meet at the SIS Building. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can find each other, the stroll will start promptly.
