2021-2022 New Sub Safety Meeting New Sub Safety Meetings will be held on the following dates, the meetings will be held in the Rapides Parish School Board Media Center located at 619 Sixth Street Alexandria, La 71306. Meeting times are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM June 30th - This meeting will be for subs that worked last year and want to sub for the 2021-2022 school year. This meeting will be held at Pineville High School AuditoriumAug 9Sept 8Oct 13Jan 19March 9 ( this will be last meeting for the school year ) Registration is maxed at 90 participants per session (subject to change pending COVID Safety Protocols). If registration is full on your preferred date, you will be placed on a wait list. As seats become available, you will be notified that you can attend. All participants must adhere to COVID safety guidelines. Teachers, school staff and childcare workers across Louisiana are now eligible to receive vaccines to help protect them against COVID-19. On March 2, 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued a directive that all states immediately make eligible staff of Pre-K through 12 schools and childcare workers for COVID-19 vaccination across all vaccination providers. Pharmacy locations that are part of CDC’s Federal Retail Pharmacy Program are prioritizing teachers, school staff, and childcare workers for COVID-19 vaccination.
