This is a FREE event open to all of the ULSOM Family. In acknowledging suicide prevention week, this event will provide a safe space to reflect on AND engage in self-compassion, mental health, and wellness.
There will be yoga, guided meditation, zumba, mental health panels, and more!
Stop by to make a free smoothie bowl and explore different forms of self-care.
Wear your sunscreen and bring water. Also bring yoga mats or towels.
Itinerary:
11am: Opening interactive session on self-compassion
1120-1150am: Zumba/yoga/meditation (choose one)
1150am-12pm: Break
12-1230pm: Zumba/yoga/meditation (choose one)
1230-1240pm: Break and last call for smoothies
1240-1pm: Closing mental health panel and Q&A
