DESCRIPTION: This half-day, hands-on workshop will teach participants the art and technique of canning seasonal relishes and salsas using delicious (Landcraft and North Fork fruits and vegetables). Participants will take home their canned relishes and salsas.

SPECIAL NOTES: Workshop will take place in the professional kitchen at Case's Place Restaurant, 650 First Street, New Suffolk, NY (Phone: 631-734-8686). All canning materials will be provided. Light refreshments will be served. Participants should bring an apron, hair tie, and wear closed shoes.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds must be requested at least 7 days before event by e-mailing [email protected] . Landcraft Garden Foundation Credit will be given for the full ticket price , minus any Eventbrite processing fees. Credit must be used within 1 year of event, and can be applied to future workshops, events, garden admission or gift shop purchases.
