Box Office Hours: Sept 26 • Sunday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Conference Only Ticket Pick Up) Sept 27 • Monday 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Ticket Pick Up Information: Pick up instructions will be emailed in advance of the show to the email you register with via Eventbrite. COVID Safety Info / Protocol: We are working closely with our partners at the State of Nevada and the Southern Nevada Health District to ensure that our planning and protocols incorporate all CDC and local recommendations regarding the health and safety of guests at this type of event. The safety of our patrons and staff is our number one priority. As such a full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test will be required to attend Recover Out Loud. All attendees will be required to wear a mask inside the theater for the duration of the show regardless of vaccination status. The last day to receive the second shot of Moderna or Pfizer, or a single dose of Johnson and Johnson is Monday, Sept 13th for attendance to the event. For patrons who are not vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours (3 days - September ) of Recover Out Loud to show upon entry. In order to have your vaccine verified for entry, we will require proof of full vaccination accompanied with matching legal ID. Acceptable proof is an original official vaccine card, or a cell phone photo of the original official vaccine card. QR Codes generated through 3rd party authentication companies or photocopies WILL NOT be accepted. Photo/Video Release: Recovery Advocacy Project/Mobilize Recovery/The Voices Project/Recover Out Loud may record and/or reproduce in written form or on audio or video tape, photographs, broadcast, or other media (including digital media) your participation in Recover Out Loud (collectively "recordings").
