Preconstruction Coordinator LC Staffing is hiring a Preconstruction Coordinator to support the Preproduction and Design Managers of a national construction company's Kalispell Branch. You will play a critical support role helping select house exteriors, cabinet layouts, bath hardware, flooring, and lighting layouts. You would also distribute this information between different departments, and keep design and layout templates current in Buildertrend software, along with associated costs. This is a highly administrative position; we are looking for professionals with design sense. Familiarity in construction is also required. Must be able to read plans, track costs, have a competency in design, and be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Will also be dealing with Microsoft Office, and performing basic math. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Buildertrend would be a huge plus. Compensation: Pay is $50-55,000 depending on experience Full time, year round Benefits: Holiday Pay Sick Pay: 24 Hours (after introductory period.) Simple IRA: Optional (after introductory period.
