Join us September 22, 2021 at 6:30pm for an intimate, 5-course beer pairing dinner led by Executive Chef Henry Pariser. Executive Chef Henry Pariser is excited to welcome guests back for our first beer pairing dinner in 2021. Enjoy an autumn focused menu paired with Clybourn exclusive beer and select Bourbon County Stout. Henry will be joined by a surprise special guest Goose Island Brewer. Guests will receive a BCS goody bag to take home and have the option to purchase a bottle of 2019 Bourbon County Double Barrel Stout after dinner. DINNER MENU Smoked Trout Crostini Cermak Beef Jam Bruschetta Pork Belly Pastrami 2020 Bourbon County Stout Dark Rye Bread Pudding, Pickled Mustard Seeds Duck Mole Tostada 2020 Bourbon County Anniversary Stout Braised Duck, BCS Mole, Pickled Shallot, Queso Fresco Smoked Beef Rib 2015 Bourbon County Rare Stout 72 Hour Wagyu Rib, Polenta, Root Vegetables, Gremolata, Demi Double Barrel Milkshake 2019 Bourbon County Double Barrel Stout Chantilly, Braised Cherry This event is for ticketed guests and is 21+ only. All guests will be asked for ID upon entry. Goose Clybourn will continue to follow all directives from state and city officials regarding COVID-19 regulations. Per the recent Chicago mandate, facemasks are required for all guests regardless of vaccination status. This event is subject to cancellation per local guidelines and 100% of the cost will be refunded if such a scenario occurs. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate partial refunds, refund must be for 100% of the ticket cost.
