A learning experience about Chakras while guiding you through activities that open and align your Chakras. Come experience spiritual alchemy No matter where you are on your healing and spiritual journey you will be able to learn something new AND experience it so to not overwhelm with information. We best retain by doing and teaching! Yoga Alignment Flow that leads us through poses associated with each Chakra. This is led by: EleMelanated which is sankofabird_ on IG Next, El CurlyShaddai or @rememeber.the.rainbow on IG will teach the mudras + seed sounds associated with each Chakra then chant these holding the mudras while Elemelanated plays the sound bowls to help us resonate our voices with the Chakra tone After experiencing such an elevation we will ground with @Kaithemagi on IG drumming a slow and steady beat while we eat on fruits of each Chakra color ...
