Looking for a job that lets you have fun and get paid to do it? Then join Hanna Haunted Acres for our upcoming 2021 season! We are hiring for actors, makeup artists, ticket takers, tractor drivers, parking attendants and cleaning crew. You must be 16 years or older to work with us. Evening/night availability is a requirement for consideration. Full availability for our season gets first consideration. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation (we are not on the bus line). Makeup artists must be comfortable using an airbrush system and arriving by 4pm Tractor drivers must be 21 and older and have a VALID Driver's License Ticket Takers must be 18 and older Actors Whether you're an aspiring actor or you already have some experience, acting at Hanna Haunted Acres lets you entertain thousands of people during the season. We also provide training, costuming and masks/makeup to transform you into our characters, so experience is not required. Just be ready to have a good time. Keep in mind this is a physical position that requires standing and moving quickly over the course of the night. Makeup Artists Our makeup artists transform everyday people into monsters that lurk in the night. We provide the tools and makeup. All you need is experience using an airbrush system, or the ability to learn it quickly. We do ask for portfolios for makeup artists, so please have one available before applying! After doing makeup, most of our artists move into acting and other positions to complete the night. Tractor Drivers Tractor drivers must have a valid driver's license and be 21 or older. Ticket Takers Ticket takers interact with guests and scan their tickets before they enter a haunt. Must be 18 or older and able to interact with numerous people each evening. Parking Parking attendants start before everyone else and leave earlier. They assist with keeping cars in line when parking. Cleaning Crew Our cleaning crew sanitizes high-touch areas and keep trash picked up throughout their zone. Each of our positions requires working until at least 11 pm Sunday through Thursday and at least 1 am or later on Fridays and Saturdays. We stay open until our guests make it through the line, so end times vary and are approximate. Pay tiers depend on the number of nights worked throughout the season.
