Join Real Estate to the Rescue of Homeless Animals for an evening of doggy trivia for a dog-friendly Yappy Hour at Bucktown Pub! Grab a group of friends and join Real Estate to the Rescue of Homeless Animals for an evening of doggy trivia for a dog-friendly Yappy Hour at Bucktown Pub on September 15th! Tickets are $30/human and $10/dog. Each human ticket gets you two drink tickets that are good for draft beer, house wine, or a well cocktail! Each dog ticket gets the doggie a goodie bag! Pizza provided for humans from D’Agostino’s donated by Scott D’Agostino! Yappy Hour starts @ 5:30p with trivia starting promptly @ 7:00p. Indoor and Outdoor space in the beer garden available! We will be following the City of Chicago Department of Health guidelines regarding masking and any other protocols. The event is indoor/outdoor and safety is top priority! Fundraising: RTTR raises funds via fundraising events, sponsorships and individual giving which are used to support smaller rescues and shelters throughout the Chicagoland area. We donate to allow these rescue groups to continue their mission of pulling animals in need from at-risk situations and placing them in foster or adoptive homes.   Community Outreach: RTTR works in conjunction with other organizations to provide funding and volunteers for free Veterinary and Chip and Tag events held in underserved neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area.   Advocacy: We believe in the more progressive models of animal sheltering that follow the No Kill model. In support of that model, we advocate for legislation at all levels of government that will advance animal welfare and lead to fewer animals killed in our community.
