Looking for one or two individuals to help support at Rose City Comic Con at the Oregon Convention Center. Looking for helpful, friendly people who have experience in sales and events ideally. The event is themed around pop culture and our products relate to Dungeons and Dragons so knowledge of those areas is a plus but any flexible positive individual will do well. Mainly a sales role, need someone comfortable standing for long periods of time, taking cash and card payments (Square POS) able to help with organizing stock, making sale. No significant booth set up or tear down needed, easy going atmosphere, working with one other person. You will have opportunities to go and enjoy the convention yourself as well and take breaks as needed, we always try and have fun at events as well as work hard. - We pay $150 / shift (Saturday and Sunday, 9.30am - 6pm both days) - Convention pass for entire weekend provided You will be paid cash, in full, on Sunday at the end of shift. - Must be happy to obey indoor masking guidelines set by the city and convention center - Must have proof of vaccination OR a negative covid test at least 48 hours prior to the show.
