Join the Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation on October 1st for a FUNdraising Mixer in the San Jose Topgolf Beer Garden and a FUNdraisingTournament at Topgolf San Jose. Networking. Food. Fun. Raising funds to help first-time homebuyers with downpayment assistance. The Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation is excited to share a Grant Program designed to assist our local workforce in attaining homeownership! We need your support to increase our existing Fund from $50K to $250K. The more we raise, the more families we can assist! Here is how you can make an impact: Attend the October 1st SCCR Foundation FUNdraising Mixer and compete in a FUNdraising Tournament @ Topgolf San Jose. Donate to the Down Payment Assistance Fund.HISTORY The California Association of REALTORS® has awarded $50K to the Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation to help our local workforce attain homeownership through down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers. The Housing Trust of Silicon Valley will administer the Down Payment Assistance Grant to qualified applicants on behalf of SCCRF.Grant is a gift; no repayment! Up to $10,000 grant.Beneficiaries: Workforce with AMI (Area Median Income) up to 100% Sponsorship opportunities are available.
