Maintenance person for our manufactured home communities. Must have your own- reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, social security card, Ability to lift 65 lbs, Must be fluent in English, read, write and speak.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Mowing, weed-eating, etc
Picking up trash
Digging up plumbing issues
Walking communities
Repair water and sewer lines
Building decks for homes
Other duties as needed
This job is 90% outside work daily.
