If your band or group needs some rehearsal space, I have a low $25 per hour rate. I require a 2 hour minimum and I have lockers for guitar and bass guitar-sized instruments. I also have some equipment here to make things easier, such as 16 channel mixer with speakers and monitors, a small drum kit, keyboard with weighted keys and pedal and other assorted percussion and stringed instruments.
