Found Male Cat

9/8/21 found male cat in the parking garage of my apartment. Cat wasn’t easy to catch but was clearly starving so food offered was very convincing. After spending awhile with the cat, he is very friendly, talkative, and had to have had an owner at some point. Seems fairly young. Hot spot on the tail but no obvious fleas. Definitely underweight but overall teeth and coat look decent. Will be taking to Seattle Humane tomorrow (9/9/21) around noon if not claimed. Will get the best care there and adopted out if owner does not step forward. I have my own pets or else I’d keep the cutie.
