Somebody dumped a kitten. He needs some assistence

At my job last night somebody dumped this pretty grey kitten( hes a boy) in the parking lot. I grabbed him because he was too friendly and kept running towards the road. I will have to take him to the shelter tommorow. My husband wont let me hold him. If any rescue can help him please let me know. Ill edit my post with pictures in the morning. He was wearing a white flea collar when dumped.
