Clean, cozy, large, safe, secure, and very accessible practice space available on the first floor of Superior Street Studios. The room is shared with 4 other people who are super responsible tenants who really don't use the room very much. We're looking to add one to two people to the room. Ideally, you have minimal gear- a few combo amps, recording gear, keyboards and a few guitars would work well in this space. Mic stands, a PA and monitors, and a cozy, clean couch come with the room. First floor makes for easy load in and out. 24 access. Tons of free and safe parking. This isn't the space for partiers or smokers. Serious artists and responsible adults are encouraged to be in touch. October or November 1st availability. $125 a month. Text any time to set up a showing.
