Experienced singer/guitarist, new to the area, looking for band

Long post, apologies. I’ve just found that the more specific the better so no one’s time is wasted! I am a singer and rhythm guitarist, I recently moved to the area with my wife and infant daughter. I have a lot of gigging experience. Before Covid I was a full time gigging musician, doing solo acoustic gigs. I am looking to join or form a cover band with the long term intention of doing paid gigs. I don’t want to take it super seriously but I also am not looking for a casual jam. I sing and I play. If you are looking for someone who just sings and does not play guitar I’m not going to be interested. I’ve tried it and I just don’t like it, it just feels weird. Sorry! I do mostly rock and folk covers from the 60s through the 90s. I’m not a metal, country, blues or jazz player or singer (nothing against those genres, they’re just not what I play). CCR, Beatles, Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, Eagles, John Mellencamp, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, Tom Petty are some of the artists whose music I perform. My favorite stuff to play (but of course it’s not all I’ll play) is actually 80s New Wave and Post Punk as well as some 80s pop. Some of my favorite tunes to do are Don’t You Forget About Me (Simple Minds) Panic (The Smiths) Take On Me (A-Ha) I Ran (Flock of Seagulls) Major Tom (Peter Schilling) Rio (Duran Duran) Life in a Northern Town (Dream Academy) The Promise (When in Rome) Down Under (Men At Work) Beds Are Burning (Midnight Oil) Modern Love (David Bowie) Mystify (INXS) I also some tunes by The Clash, The Ramones and Iggy Pop, among other stuff. I know a lot of this stuff is a little different from what bands and performers normally play but that’s the idea. I’ve attached a link to a YouTube page where you can see video from a bunch of my gigs. I usually play an acoustic guitar but I also own a Godin A6 Ultra and have a bunch of pedals so if you need me to be electric I can accommodate, the acoustic just works better for the solo gigs for me. I am vaccinated. And lastly, I do have a house in Mount Vernon and a large garage that will eventually be available for a practice space.
