Join us for a Wine and Dine with Advintage Distributing as we explore 4 incredible wines from the Northwest. This menu will be prepared by our Culinary Director, Chef Craig Kuhns. Expect each bite to perfectly compliment the 4 tastings.

1st Course: Ceviche’ of scallops/ shrimp/pickled garlic/green onion/tomato/lemon/ herbs- '19 Barnard Griffin, Pinot Gris from WA
2nd Course: Prosciutto ravioli/ wild mushroom/ pork beurre rouge- Barnard Griffin, '20 Sangiovese Rose from WA
3rd Course: Pressed beef/ rice flour/ toy box relish/ radish/shallot- '19 Anne Amie, Pinot Noir from Oregon
4th Course: Aged Tillamook cheddar/ puff pastry/ berries- Montinore Estate, Borealis from Oregon
Cost for this class is $80/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food.
