Honoring 10 citizens in Wilmington, NC who have served this community selflessly and faithfully. We are Reaching Out to Women to Empower them. We are a new organization that is based out of Wilmington, NC and we are an auxiliary of On-Time Ministries, Inc. Nine ladies came together for our first board meeting in October 2016 and decided that we wanted to give back to the women in our communities. We come from different backgrounds and experiences, but we are ladies who want to remind women that they have value and purpose. Our mission is: Empowering women through outreach by instilling Godly principles with, through, and by the power of Love that will equip them, give them courage, and strength, and renew/refresh/rebuild what has been torn down, forgotten, and seemingly unattainable. We will help prepare them for reality by sharing the Gospel of Jesus and showing them how to draw strength from within and from each other. Since its inception we have held two conferences that was completely free to those who attended, assisted a woman moving, assisted two families at Christmas, helped two families that were impacted by cancer, sown seeds at various churches and events, in addition to having a thriving dance ministry.
