Responsibilities of the Technician role include confined space entry, working at heights and alongside various types of equipment. This is a physically intensive position that requires regular lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy equipment up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day. More specifically: - Technicians ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time - Technicians perform work using high pressure water blasting equipment up to 40, 000 PSI to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipes, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.) - Technicians clean work area and equipment after work is completed - Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working - Technicians assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps and general work area - Technicians perform labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the day REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ months of previous industrial experience is a plus, however, willing to train the right person! - Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.) - Ability to wear a Respirator - Ability to travel when required - Must pass the pre-employment screening required, (physical, background check and drug screening) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
