We are a small company located near Gonzales TX and also have a property to maintain located in Lago Vista TX. Therefore, everyday is different. Requirements: * Hardworking, Motivated-Fast learner individual * Experience using hand and power tools * Communication skills * Ability to work in extreme weather conditions ranging from summer heat to winter cold (TEXAS HEAT! I will usually provide cases of water, but I always encourage others to purchase packets of electrolytes to stay hydrated. * Safety first outlook * Must be a team player * Willingness to adapt and learn * Responsible, dependable, and organized * Reliable Transportation (there will be days when you will drive yourself to the location for the day and others where you would meet and ride with another individual together) * Positive attitude is a MUST - Properly cleans and maintains tools, machinery and equipment to ensure optimal working conditions at all times. - Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment at all times. - Daily duties include, but not limited to welding, yard work, electrical work, repairs, etc. Please reply via Craigslist email with past work experience and time frame of experience along with a good contact number if you feel like you'd meet these requirements.
