We have two openings for FULL-TIME positions in the greater Austin area. The job entails driving a consistent daily route, picking up and removing large bulk items with a truck equipped with a 16ft trailer and/or cleaning up specific areas around apartment communities. Route Assistants start at $15.00/hr and can earn up to $18.00/hour depending on experience and skill level. We are a privately held 20+ year-old established company working for large apartment communities around Austin, San Antonio and Houston, Texas areas as well as our home office in Phoenix, AZ. Our primary work is maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of large apartment communities. The hours are 4-5 am to approximately 11am or noon daily. Workweek includes all days except Tuesday and Sunday. We are seeking RELIABLE and STABLE full time (40-45 hrs per week) employees. This is not seasonal work. Additionally, we also work cleaning out abandoned apartment units on an as needed basis. Some daily heavy lifting - up to 75 lbs, valid drivers license and a good driving record are required. Drivers take home a company truck daily so personal vehicles are not necessary for work. Service Techs need transportation daily.
