Come join us at Maverick Chiropractic in Wayzata for a High Intensity Interval training workout incorporating a yoga flow warm up, bodyweight strength and cardio movements, core exercises, and cool down for superior results. All fitness levels are welcome - modified options will be given throughout the workout to ensure this is an all-inclusive experience.
