Works well independently and in a team environment. Engaging and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES This is considered a physical labor position, that is best for people that are comfortable with lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds repeatedly, as well as standing, kneeling and crouching for prolonged periods of time.Strictly adhere to SOP’s (standard operating procedures). Grow exceptional cannabis in a large indoor facility. Adhere to tasks assigned by Lead Cultivation Technician. Daily plant maintenance and care from seed or clone through to harvest. Monitoring, defoliating, inspecting for pests or undesired conditions. Maintaining proper irrigation, reservoir levels, humidity environmental requirements, and deployment of IPM. Maintaining a clean facility and safe environment. Eager to learn and expand one’s knowledge of cannabis. Comply with all rules, laws, regulations and industry standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), the Town of Holliston and the Company. Any additional tasks assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and legally eligible to work in the United States. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Consent to background checks. Ability to work flexible schedules. Have reliable transportation. Benefits available to qualifying employees.
