As a privately run, locally operated business, Ideal has the unique ability to establish deep knowledge of our customers and their properties, develop customized solutions, and provide the high-touch customer service they require. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Follow procedures to mitigate damage from buildings safety and effectively Turn in completed documentation for invoicing Perform any necessary tasks to expedite the projects Travel to various Job sites to transport equipment and materials, including disposal using company vehicle Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with assistance up multiple flights of stairs (some buildings may not have elevators) Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and secure at all times One week per month of additional after-hours availability and overtime Lots of opportunity for overtime pay Able to work alone or in a group, and communicate effectively Must be 18 years old Experience 1-3 years experience in water restoration, construction, or in janitorial industry preferred Experience driving commercial box trucks or moving trucks a plus Qualifications Valid CA Class C Driver's license with minimum three (3) years driving experience Print out of a current DMV MVR Reliable transportation is required to get to and from corporate office Must be available to work on weekends and overtime, as needed Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Ability to pass physical and able to wear half or full-face respirator masks Ability to kneel, stoop, bend, reach, have continual use of manual dexterity, lift up to 50lbs, stand for long period of time (up to 8 hours), work in confined spaces/containments, work in extreme weather conditions, for example indoor, outdoor, varying weather (rain, wind, hot) Abilityto work at heights (ladder/scaffold) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401K, FSA, tuition reimbursement, and commuter benefits PTO 7 Paid Holidays Referral bonus Opportunity for career growth& learning environment Innovative & diverse work environment Competitive Pay& Bonuses Company committed to professional development Family Oriented & open communication environment We Care: Committed to the community We foster the following five values: Execute like SWAT, Lead like a Wolf, Think like the Minions, and Be a Buffalo We have many success stories of employees that began as technicians and are now in management!
