Description

The Porter will aid in cleaning and maintaining all areas of the shop including but not limited to the kitchen, dish area, bathrooms, shop floor, and front of the store. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Aids in cleaning and organizing BOH and kitchen prep areas including washing dishes, putting away equipment, and general cleaning. Prudently helps manage the shop’s cleaning resources. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations. Cultural Responsibilities Contributes to providing a positive work environment free of harassment and hostility; personally presents themselves as an ambassador of all company and department expectations. Skills and Qualifications ● Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
