I was charged with Under influence in 2013...I wasn't guilty and the police report shows this and I've never seen a copy of it. (There's a lot more to this) Martinez Police department says I needed an attorney to get a copy of this police report because of Discovery even though I've already been charged so that is what I need if there's anybody out there who can help me that is not too expensive
