Have you or anybody you know been served with court papers from Vive Financial day HC Processing Center. I have and their exhibit A is a document that is not my handwriting, no where near my signature and on top of that I wasn't even in the USA when whoever, if ever someone signed that contract for a credit card. Supposedly I got like a $3000+ debt when at my current fair credit score last year I could barely get a $500 credit card with a $99 deposit. Any help?
