NORWALK, CT — An area resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Miguel Cruz of the Bronx, N.Y., won $100,000 playing a "$100,000 CASHWORD 10" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Cumberland Farms #4658 in Norwalk.
