We are a small privately owned janitorial supply company looking for an experienced driver (non-CDL)/warehouse worker. The position is a combination of pulling orders, driving, and loading and unloading trucks (typically 7 to 10 stops per day). We need someone with a postive attitude that can work independently and be a friendly and helpful representative for our company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fill customer orders by - attention to detail a must
- Load trucks accurately and safelty for customer deliveries
- Make stock pick ups
- Unload trucks as needed at customer location and stock items
- Follow special customer requests (stocking, delivery locations, etc.)
- Receiving inventory, verifying quanties and condition of received inventories
- Assist in maintaining appearance of office/warehouse as needed.
- Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times, treating customers with courtesy and respect
- Drive company vehicle obeying traffic laws
- Maintain proper licensing and have a good driving record
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one year verifiable professional driving experience
- Fork lift experience required
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Ability to clear a WA state background check
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Customer service/ability to interact with people in different environments
- Computer Experience a Plus!!
- Growth potential if desired
HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULES:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
NO WEEKENDS - OVERTIME IS VERY RARE
2 Weeks Vacation and Major Holidays Off
Pay is based on experience - $18-$20/Hour
